A Sad Correlation in Mumbai

Lt. Col. Christopher Kolenda, whose books, not bombs solution to winning the war on terrorism, is proving correlatively and tragically accurate.

As mentioned in this New York Times article, the captured Mumbai terrorist, Mohammad Ajmal Kasab, “dropped out of school after fourth grade… [to] make a living as a day laborer.” One cannot help but wonder how things might have been for his victims and himself had he received a full education.
